This is inspired by my husband's childhood meal which was prepared by his late mother.

Instructions
Mix sauce ingredients together in a blender or food processor.
Prepare noodles according directions
After draining noodles, pour on sauce and mix.

Notes
Gluten free pastas should be cooked according to the directions as they are more tempermental than wheat based pasta.
