Peanut Noodle

This is inspired by my husband's childhood meal which was prepared by his late mother.

Ingredients

Sauce

  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tbsp Cholula
  • 2 tbsp Sambal Oelek ground fresh chili paste
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 1 cup Peanut butter

Noodles

  • 1 lb choice of noodles

Instructions

  • Mix sauce ingredients together in a blender or food processor.
  • Prepare noodles according directions
  • After draining noodles, pour on sauce and mix.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Gluten free pastas should be cooked according to the directions as they are more tempermental than wheat based pasta.
